These Terms of Service govern your use of the LAW Technical Services, LLC website and the laboratory testing and calibration services we provide. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
LAW Technical Services, LLC (“LAW Technical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides independent third-party laboratory testing and calibration services, including fire sprinkler head testing and backflow test kit calibration. Services are performed in accordance with applicable standards, including NFPA 25 and our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order through our website, customer portal, or any other channel constitutes an offer to purchase services. LAW Technical reserves the right to accept, decline, or request additional information before processing any order. Orders are considered accepted when we confirm receipt and begin processing.
Sample Submission
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and delivering samples to our facility. LAW Technical is not liable for damage that occurs during shipping or as a result of improper packaging. By submitting samples, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the samples are accurately described.
Please note that fire sprinkler head testing is a destructive process. Submitted heads will not be returned after testing.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days from receipt of samples or equipment. Turnaround times may be extended if repairs are required, if submitted information is incomplete, or if circumstances outside our control affect lab operations. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for services is provided at the time of order or upon request. Invoices are issued upon completion of each order. Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice. LAW Technical reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with changes applying to new orders placed after the effective date.
Calibration Certificates & Test Reports
Documentation issued by LAW Technical, including calibration certificates and test reports, reflects the condition and performance of the submitted equipment at the time of testing. Certificates are valid for the equipment tested and the conditions under which testing was performed. LAW Technical is not responsible for equipment condition, performance, or compliance after it leaves our facility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAW Technical’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content on the LAW Technical website — including text, graphics, logos, and documentation templates — is the property of LAW Technical Services, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. LAW Technical does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
